Dear sculpture network fans,
We would like to invite all our sculpture network members to submit proposals to our first sculpture network members’ exhibition.
The exhibition will take place from the 16th of September to the 9th of November 2010 in the “Nave Gallery” in Gugliasco near-by Torino, Italy in cooperation with ...martin Martini Arte Internazionale: www.martinart.it.
The title of the exhibition is: “European Sculpture: Diversity and difference in practice“
This exhibition is exclusively for members of sculpture network (and not only for fans of sculpture network on facebook). An independent jury will select 30 to 35 sculptors from all your submissions.
Deadline is the 31st of March 2010.
We are looking forward to your submissions!
The opening of the exhibition on Thursday evening, the 16 th of September 2010 also represents the starting point of our IX International Sculpture Symposium.
The symposium will take place from 16-19 September 2010 in the venues of martin in Grugliasco (see website ahead) and will this time mainly focus on our members and their works.
We are also preparing an attractive touring programme, as usually.
We would like to invite all of you to participate in this year’s symposium.

Sculpture network provides its members with a monthly list of selected competition opportunities, tenders and Artist-In-Residence programmes offered throughout Europe.

Our idea was to arrange a get-together and celebration by friends of sculpture - artists, art mediators, friends of the arts - at the same time and date in many different places in Europe. Encounters, exchange of ideas, enjoyment and creation of new ideas and projects.

Food+Drink: Simple and tasty, depending upon individual taste.
Costs: Manageable, will be shared by the guests.
