In his personal work Yannick Hagman creates colorful photographs which are highly staged and lit. Like modern fairy tales and small short stories they catch the personality of the observer. This comes trough their play with darkness an light, they sit at the boarderlin...e of reality and fiction. They often arise thoughtfulness, fragility and a window to the childhood.

MM Douglas Powell thanks for the response on scarletuser. it does get a little frosty if you dare step on jim's toes in any way. i like the red product line and correspond directly with jim now and then, but the devotion to all things red goes overboard at times. BUT, they're having fun and hurting nobody, so power to the redusers. - dp
