I bought some parts for me about 45 days ago but package still not arrive !
after several emails an...d chating with the service they refused to refund me.

i dont recommend , very bad service!!!

All my transactions with them have been very pleasant.

My last order, I h...ad trouble with a tire, it had a factory defect, it took more or less 3months for us to fix everything. (Not their fault, its just I never had the time to send them the item as I am out in the province and no postal service, and they still accomodated me, it was fixed as soon as they received the item).

Wegen erheblicher Sicherheitsbedenken werde ich die Bremse nicht zurück nehmen.
Ich möchte n...icht auch das kleinste Restrisiko bzgl. eines solchen elemtelaren sicherheitsrelevanten Bauteils haben.
Ich möchte euch darum bitten im Rahmen der Kundenzufriedenheit und Kulanz mir das Geld zurück zu erstatten. Es ist von SRAM ein ziemlich starkes Stück ein solchen Materialfehler bei einem Satz Bremsen nur eine Bremse zu ersetzen. Ich möchte nicht für euch oder SRAM Versuchskaninchen sein.

Ich werde jetzt parallel zu dieser E-Mail auf SRAM zugehen. Ich möchte für alle anderen Nutzer hoffen, dass ihre bremsen halten und nicht im Ernstfall versagen.

Due to considerable safety concerns, I will not take the brake back.

I do not want to have the smallest residual risk with regard to such an elementary security-relevant component.

I would like to ask you to refund me the money in the context of customer satisfaction and goodwill. It is a pretty strong piece of SRAM to replace such a material defect in a set of brakes just a brake. I do not want to be for you or SRAM guinea pigs.


I will now go to SRAM in parallel to this email. I would like to hope for all other users that their brakes will last and not fail in case of emergency.
