Part 2 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte witnesses the awarding of plaques and trophies to the winners of Gawad Saka 2017 and Malinis at Masaganang Karagatan (MMK) 2017 at the Rizal Hall of Malacañan Palace on April 5, 2018.

The annual event, spearheaded by the Department of Agriculture (DA), recognizes the farmers, fisherfolks and livestock raisers who make significant contributions in the development of the agriculture and fishery sectors in their communities and in the country.
